The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather industry expertise and capabilities to help the Embassy develop requirements, specifications, and budget estimates for a complete studio setup. This market research is intended to identify all capable sources. The Embassy requires the establishment of a professional studio facility to support broadcast production, video recording, audio recording, and multimedia content creation for official communications purposes. Currently, the Embassy does not have detailed specifications for equipment, furniture, acoustic treatments, or other materials required for this project.
