The Project Is Planned To Be Carried Out As A Turnkey Contract With Interaction In Phase 1 And With A Fixed Price In Phase 2, The Execution Phase. The Area Of The Site Is 3,390 M2 And The Total Area Of The Dwelling Is Estimated To Be Approx. 1400 M2 Gross, Divided Between Two Floors. Requirements For Husbanken Shall Be Fulfilled. A Feasibility Study Has Been Carried Out For The Project, Without A Completed Reworked/Engineered System. The Final Solution, Area And Qualities Shall Be Worked On Until It Is Partnered. As Of D.D., An Investment Framework Large Enough For The Project Has Not Been Decided. A Total Of Nok 56.9 Million Has Been Put Aside For The Entire Project In The Municipalitys Investment Plan. The Feasibility Study Has Stated A Cost Of Approx. The Interaction Phase Must Be Used To Optimise The Project In Order To Calculate A New Price That Must Be Calculated Through An Investment Decision In Order To Proceed With The Execution. Work Must Be Done To Get Significantly Under What The Feasibility Study Shows. The Stated Volumes Are An Estimate And Are Not Binding For The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Cancel The Competition If There Is A Justifiable Reason, For Example, In The Event Of A Lack Of Approval And Investment Decision From Political Quarters.
