With This Procurement Process, The Schleswig-Holstein State Police Office Is Tendering The Framework Agreement For The Modernization Of Its Three 27 M Coastal Boats. The Falshöft Is The First Boat To Be Modernized. Furthermore, A Framework Agreement Is To Be Concluded On The Modernization Of The Two Other Coastal Boats. The Client Has A Budget Of €6,800,000 (Six Million Eight Hundred Thousand) Available To A Contractor For The Modernization Of The First Coastal Boat, Including The Statutory Vat Of Currently 19%. The Client Reserves The Right To Terminate The Award Procedure Without Results If The Economic Viability Of The Measure Cannot Be Proven. This Framework Agreement Regulates The Modernization Of Up To Three Coastal Boats (Kb1–Kb3). The Maximum Quantity Of Services Available Under This Agreement Is Three Coastal Boats.
