The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Task Called: Opoczno Cultural Heritage Network - Modernization Of The Auditorium In The Municipal Cultural Center In Opoczno. The Building Of The Municipal Cultural Center Is Located At: Ul. T. Biernackiego 4, 26-300 Opoczno, On The Plot With Registration Number 121/3, District 0013, Opoczno. The Ordering Party Informs That The Facility Of The Municipal Cultural Center Will Operate During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract By The Contractor. The Contractor Will Ensure Safety And Communication During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Order To Continue Artistic And Educational Activities. 4.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Change Of Land Development In The Scope Of Reconstruction Of A Ramp For People With Disabilities And External Stairs On The Western Facade And Reconstruction Of External Stairs At The Entrance To The Back Of The Room On The Northern Facade Along With A Lift For Disabled People; 2) Reconstruction Of The Auditorium, Including: - Demolition Works, - Debris Removal, - Insulation Works, - Plastering And Painting Works, - Construction Joinery Works, Covering Floors And Walls, - Changing The Arrangement Of Auditorium Platforms - Raised Floor Technology; - Renovation, Renovation And Finishing Works; 3) Reconstruction Of Ventilation, Water And Sewage Installations, Central Heating Installations And Construction Of A Partial Air Conditioning Installation; 4) Electrical Installation Works, Including: - Dismantling Works And Assembly Of A New Installation, Boards And Internal Power Lines, - Dismantling Works And Assembly Of Lighting Installations, Plug Sockets, Lightning Protection Installations, - Carrying Out Tests And Measurements; 5) Construction Of A Telecommunications Network And Delivery Of Television And Audiovisual Equipment In The Electroacoustic Industry; Cinema Technology And Stage Mechanics. 6) Performing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory, 7) Obtaining Any Final Administrative Decisions Necessary To Put The Facility Into Use Or A Notice Of Completion Of Construction, Accepted Without Objection (If Required). 8) Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions, Opinions, Conditions, Permits, Arrangements And Approvals Required By Law For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract (If It Is Necessary To Obtain Them, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions), 4.3.
