Landscaping Work – 1-W-0020605-25 Realizing Hofbogenpark. Carrying Out Roofing Work And Constructing A Park, With Lighting, Water System, Lifts, Stairs, Furniture On The Existing Roof Of The Hofbogen For The Realization Of The Hofbogenpark In The Agniesebuurt, Bergpolder And Liskwartier Districts In The Municipality Of Rotterdam. The Course Of The Project Can Be Divided Into Three (3) Different Project Parts, All Of Which Are Integral To These Assignments. - I. Work Preparation; - Ii. Realization; - Iii. Maintenance Parts (Three Years (With Possible Extension Of Two More Years)). The Work Mainly Consists Of: ▪ Removing The Current Roof Covering, Approximately 12,500 M2. ▪ Removing The Top (Concrete) Pressure Layer And Repairing The Concrete Structural Base Layer, Including Repairing And Treating Corroded Reinforcement Where Necessary, Approximately 12,500 M2. ▪ Applying A New Water-Retaining Layer, Approximately 14,500 M2. ▪ Installation Of A Roof Park, Which Is Roughly Composed Of A Crate System For The Water System, Substrates, Decoration Of The Park (Planting, Semi-Paved Path, Ponds, Furniture), Approximately 12,500 M2. ▪ Applying An Urban Water Buffer, Approximately 1 Piece. ▪ Replacement Of The Existing Balustrade On Either Side, Approximately 3,500 M. ▪ Renovating The Maintenance Path On Both Sides, Approximately 3,500 M. ▪ Realization And Installation Of The Park Lodge. ▪ Installing Access Points (Steel Stairs And Lifts) Spread Over The Total Length Of The Park, Approximately 9 Points. ▪ The (Small-Scale) Adjustment Of The Ground Level Where The Elevation Points Land, Including Foundations, Approximately 1,350 M2 And Approximately 50 Piles. ▪ All Work Must Be Carried Out On An Object That Is In Use During The Work And Is Located In An Inner-City Area. ▪ Maintenance Of The Completed Work.
