The Purpose Of This Document Is To Establish The Requirements And Technical Conditions For The Contracting Of Preventive Activities Of Occupational Medicine In Terms Of Prevention And Health Surveillance: • Under The Provisions Of Article 15.4 Of Royal Decree 39/1997 Of January 17, Which Approves The Regulation Of Prevention Services, As Said Discipline Is Not Assumed By The Prevention Service Of The Tajo Hydrographic Confederation. • In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 37 Section 3 Of The Same Royal Decree 39/1997. • In Accordance With Articles 14.1 And 22 Of The Lprl. • Subject To The Specific Health Surveillance Protocols Prepared By The Ministry Of Health, Scientific Societies, Accredited Entities Or Other Existing Means With Respect To The Risk Factors To Which The Worker Is Exposed. • In Accordance With Any Other Legal Regulations That May Be Applicable And Its Subsequent Regulatory Modifications. Because The Aforementioned Law 31/95, Lprl, Is A Minimum Law, Gynecological And Uroprostatic Examinations That Have Proven Effective In Detecting Important Health Problems Are Included In The Activity To Be Performed. This Represents Added Value To Preventive Activity, Raising Awareness Among Staff Regarding Health, As Well As Encouraging Their Participation. For All These Reasons, The Tajo Hydrographic Confederation Must Establish Collective Health Surveillance Measures And Carry Out The Necessary Individual Health Examinations To Control Possible Damage To The Health Of Public Employees And Guarantee Its Workers Periodic And Voluntary Monitoring Of Their Health Status Based On The Risks Inherent To The Work.
