Public Road Transport Services – Route Allocation Line 6001. As The Responsible Authority In Accordance With Article 8 Paragraph 1 Of The Act On Local Public Transport In Bavaria (Bayöpnvg) In Conjunction With Section 8A Of The Passenger Transport Act (Pbefg) And Article 1 Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007, The Kelheim District Intends To Issue A Public Service Contract For Public Passenger Transport Services With Motor Vehicles In Accordance With Section 2 Paragraph 1 Of The Pbefg. The Public Service Contract Is To Be Issued For A Term Until July 31, 2029 From The Start Of Operations (August 1, 2026). The Subject Of The Intended Public Service Contract Is All Public Passenger Transport Services On Line Vlk 71 (Line 6001): Riedenburg - Winden And Back [Line 6001] The Public Service Contract Refers To Local Public Transport Services Within The Meaning Of Article 1 Bayöpnvg, § 8 Pbefg And As Regular Services In Accordance With § 42 Pbefg. The Public Service Contract Will Contain Regulations In This Regard, According To Which The Transport Offer Must Be Adapted To Changing Transport Needs And To The Local Transport Plan In Its Current Version As Well As To Other Changed Circumstances (Such As Technical Developments, Environmental And Climate Protection Concerns) Within The Framework Specified In The Public Service Contract. The Rights To Change Relate To The Type, Scope And Quality Of Transport Services And Transport Tariffs. This May Result In Changes To The Inventory And Route Of The Above-Mentioned Line As Well As To The Timetable And Fares Offered Or To Other Aspects Such As Vehicle And Other Quality Standards. The Specified Traffic Volume Can Be Reduced Or Expanded Within The Change Corridor Determined By The Public Service Contract.
