Work Detail
Construction Project Management Services – Cks / Project Management For New Building Extensions And New Or Restructuring Of The Existing Building. The Corporate Merger Should Then Be Followed By A Structural Unity At The Cksw Location On Senator-Schwartz-Ring. There, A Comprehensive And Needs-Based Supply Of Care For Patients Is To Be Created At A Central Location, Eliminating Previous Double Provisioning. The Centralization Of Two High-Performance Hospitals For Extended Emergency Care Creates The Largest Acute Hospital In The Soest District With The Requirements To Fulfill Comprehensive Emergency Care (Gba Level Iii) With A Total Of 19 Specialist Departments. In The Spirit Of A Hospital That Cares For All Generations, It Offers A Comprehensive Range Of (Partially) Inpatient Services From Obstetrics And Pediatrics To Geriatrics And Palliative Medicine. Nevertheless, The Concentration Of Service Groups And The Reduction Of Inpatient Care Offerings And Capacities Are The Goals Of The Location Merger. In The Target Planning, A Merged Hospital With Around 550 Beds, With Highly Complex Intensive Care Medicine, 10 Operating Rooms And Three Delivery Rooms Is Being Built On Senator-Schwartz-Ring. The Basic Designs Envisage Expanding The Existing Building Structure, Which Is Worth Preserving, In Two Places With New Buildings In The North And South Directions. In The South, A New Functional Building Is Being Built As Sub-Project 1 (Hereinafter Referred To As Tp1), And To The North The Hospital Is Being Expanded With A Care Building As Sub-Project 2 (Hereinafter Referred To As Tp2). The Extensions Will Be Preceded By The Dismantling Of The Existing Care And Functional Building Wings. Subproject 3 (Hereinafter Referred To As Tp3) Provides For Renovation Work In The Existing Building. The Expansions Of The Hospital And The Conversions Of The Existing Buildings At Senator-Schwartz-Ring 8 In Soest Are Carried Out During Ongoing Operations. The New Care Extension Building (Tp2) Will Be Connected To The Main Hospital Building As A 5-Storey Extension With A Partial Basement And Will House Parts Of General Care And Intensive Care. In The New Functional Extension Building (Tp1), In Addition To The Areas For The Central Emergency Room (Zna) With Adjoining Radiology And The Rooms For The Left Heart Catheter Laboratory On The Ground Floor And The Expansion Of The Operating Room Department With 6 Operating Rooms On The First Floor, Areas For Sterile Goods Supply, Laboratory Medicine, Prosecture, Logistics And Technical Building Equipment Are Planned On The Basement Floor. Extensive Renovation Work Is Being Carried Out In The Existing Building. Core Renovations Will Be Carried Out In Areas That Are Being Remodeled. A Nursing Station Will Be Built On The Basement Floor. Functional Areas For Endoscopy And Gastrology Are Located On The Ground Floor. The Intermediate Care Station (Imc) As Well As Office Areas For The Various Specialist Departments Are Planned On The First Floor In Direct Proximity To The Operating Room Department And The Intensive Care Unit. The Existing Four Operating Theaters Will Remain In Place. In Order To Re. The Planned New Expansion Buildings
