Refuse Recycling Services – Collection And Management Of Waste With Code 17 09 04 From Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. In Bielsko-Biała. The Subject Of The Order Is: Collection And Management Of Waste Code 17 09 04 (Mixed Waste From Construction, Renovation And Dismantling Other Than Those Mentioned In 17 09 01, 17 09 02 And 17 09 03) Originating From Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points And Waste Collection Services Provided From Business Entities And Natural Persons. Construction Waste Is Collected At The Ordering Partys In Bulk In An Uncovered Box On A Hardened Ground. The Ordering Party Will Load This Waste Into Sets Of Containers With A Capacity Of 36 M3 Previously Provided By The Contractor (Average Loading Weight 14 Mg) Or On An Ongoing Basis Onto Trailers Such As Bathtubs Or Moving Floors, Which Will Be Resistant To Possible Damage Related To The Loading Of Heavy Waste That May Be Included In Waste Code 17 09 04 - The Ordering Party Will Not Be Responsible For This Type Of Damage (Average Loading Weight For Moving Floor 13 Mg). The Contractors Means Of Transport Will Have To Be Equipped With A Tarpaulin Or Net To Protect Waste During Transport. The Offered Method Of Waste Management With Code 17 09 04 Must Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal Provisions And Processing Processes Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). The Ordering Party Entrusts The Contractor With Separating From Waste Code 17 09 04 At Least: Wood, Metals, Glass, Plastics, Plaster And Mineral Waste, Including Concrete, Bricks, Tiles, Ceramic Materials And Stones In Order To Ensure Suitability For Preparation For Re-Use, Recycling Or Other Recovery, Unless Segregation Is Not Technologically Possible Or The Lack Of Segregation Allows Preparation For Re-Use, Recycling Or Other Recovery. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Contractor To Submit An Offer Solely For Waste Collection. In The Offer, The Contractor Will Have To Provide The Name And Address Of The Installation Along With The Number Of The Place Of Business In Bdo And The Symbol Of The Waste Processing Process (In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste) To Which The Waste Will Be Subjected. The Contractor Collecting Waste With Code 17 09 04 From The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Deliver It Directly To The Installation Indicated In The Offer. Waste With The Code 17 09 04 Will Consist Of, Among Others, Various Types Of Plastics, Paper And Cardboard, Wood, Metal, Glass, Rubble And, Above All, Various Types Of Used Building Materials And Interior Furnishing Elements Removed During Renovations. The Ordering Party Will Enable The Contractor To Collect Samples Of The Waste In Question In Order To Conduct Its Own Tests Regarding Quality Parameters. The Ordering Party Also Allows For An On-Site Inspection And Trial Collection Of Waste Code 17 09 04. Collection Of Waste Code 17 09 04 Will Take Place From Monday To Friday, From 6:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M., In Previously Agreed Quantities.
