School-Meal Services – School Catering. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. Management Of The Central Kitchen For The Preparation Of Hot Meals Using Ingredients Mainly From Organic Farming Intended For School Restaurants And The Leisure Center Without Accommodation. Pursuant To Article L.2123-1 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Buyer May Award A Contract According To A Procedure Adapted To The Subject Of This Contract, Under The Conditions Set By Decree Of The Council Of State. In Application Of Article L.2113-15 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Organization Of The Procedure Put In Place Relates Exclusively To Specific Services Listed In A Notice Annexed To This Code. Pursuant To Article R.2123-1 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Buyer May Use An Adapted Procedure To Award A Contract For Specific Services Listed In A Document Annexed To This Code, Regardless Of The Estimated Value Of The Need. In Application Of Article R.2131-15 Of The Public Procurement Code, Given That The Estimated Value Of The Need Is Equal To Or Greater Than The European Threshold Applicable To These Contracts Which Appear In An Annex To This Code, The Public Contract Will Be The Subject Of Publication In The Official Journal Of The European Union Under The Conditions Provided For In Articles R.2131-19 And R.2131-20. The Public Procurement Code Amended By Decree Of December 22, 2022: Application Of Annex 3 Of The Preliminary Annexes To The Public Procurement Code, Article R.2123-1 Stipulates That The Buyer May Resort To An Adapted Procedure For Any Contract Having As Its Object Specific Services Listed In A Notice Annexed To This Code, Whatever The Estimated Value Of The Need (3°)
