The Tender Includes A Framework Agreement For The Supply Of High-Capacity Pumps And Related Equipment For Handling Tasks In Connection With Climate-Related Efforts During Storm Surges And For Efforts Where External Water Supply Is Needed. (In The Tender Conditions Referred To As Delivery Of Pumping Equipment). The Specific Requirements And Wishes For The Equipment For The Respective Efforts Appear In The Functional Description And Requirements Specification, Attached As Appendix 1 And Appendix 2. It Is Estimated That The Framework Agreement May Have A Contract Value Of Up To Dkk. 60 Million. The Expected Contract Value Is Only An Estimate, And There Is No Guarantee That The Customer Will Purchase A Certain Amount Of Material. The Maximum Amount That Can Be Procured For Pumps, Supplementary Material And Equipment For This Framework Agreement Is Dkk. 100 Million. The Client Will Enter Into A Non-Exclusive Framework Agreement With One Economic Actor. In Addition To The Client, Municipal Emergency Services Mentioned In Appendix 4 Are Entitled To Use The Agreement For The Purchase Of Supplies On The Terms Of The Agreement. The Clients Requirements For Terms Of Agreement Appear In The Draft Framework Agreement, While The Requirements For The Service Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specifications (Appendix 1 And Appendix 2). The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 48 Months Exclusive Ordering Partys Option For Extension, Cf. 1.3.
