Electricity - Selection Of A Supplier Of Active Net Electrical Energy And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For Low Voltage For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Krumovgrad. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Krumovgrad, The Provision Of A Consumption Forecasting Service, As Well As The Preparation Of Schedules By The Coordinator Of The Balancing Group, Their Submission, Correction Of The Submitted Schedules If Necessary, Responsibility For Balancing And All Activities Related To Participation In The Free Electricity Market Of The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Necessary Amount Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Contracting Authority, Per Day, Per Month And For The Entire Period Of The Contract. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Add New Objects And/Or Separate (Expropriate) Existing Ones, Reserving The Right To Change The Estimated Quantity In A Positive Or Negative Direction According To The Arising Need, Without Incurring Sanctions For This. On The Basis Of Art. 5 Of The Ppzop When, During The Term Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Joins New Sites, Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.
