The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Total Of 5 Low-Floor Buses With Diesel Engines In Accordance With The Specifications Stated In The Tender Documents (List Of Services/Technical Specifications). They Must Be New Vehicles. Only Low-Floor Buses May Be Offered. The Intended Use Of The Vehicles Is Predominantly Use In Regular Services In Accordance With Sections 42, 43 Pbefg Or Articles 2, 3 Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1073/2009 In The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia. The Buses Are Also Used For School And Occasional Transport. The Vehicles Must Be Approved For Public Road Traffic And For Use As Regular Buses And School Buses In Accordance With The Stvzo. The Latest Delivery Date Is April 30, 2027.
