Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Conversion And Expansion Of The Westpfalzklinikum, Kirchheimbolanden Location - 2Nd Ba - Lot 04. The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Provision Of Planning Services For Specialist Structural Planning In Accordance With Section 51 Hoai As Well As For Required Special Services. The Client Intends To Award The Planning Services In Stages. In Service Level 1, Service Phases 1 To 4 Should Be Commissioned For Services In Accordance With Section 51 Hoai As Well As The Special Services Required In These Phases. In Service Level 2, The Client Intends To Award Service Phases 5 To 6 In Accordance With Section 51 Hoai As Well As The Required Special Services For The Approved Planning. The Commissioning Of Service Level 2 Is Subject To The Suspensive Condition That The Client Requests This In Writing Or In Text Form By Way Of Extending The Order. There Is Therefore No Legal Entitlement To The Commissioning Of Services/Levels That Go Beyond Performance Level 1.
