The Object Of The Procurement Is The Real Estate Brokerage Service For Hitas Apartments Built By The Housing Production (Att) Of The City Of Helsinkis Urban Environment Department (Kymp). The Sites Are Located In Different Parts Of Helsinki And Have A Different Number Of Apartments For Sale. The Contract Supplier Is Responsible For Selling All The Apartments Of A Certain Individual Object. On The Basis Of This Procurement Process, The Suppliers Are Selected With Whom The Contracts For The Provision Of The Aforementioned Services (Framework Agreement) Will Be Concluded. 2-3 Service Providers Are Selected As Framework Contract Suppliers. During The Contract Period, The Subscriber Follows The Order Of Priority As Follows: The Subscriber Places Orders Primarily From The Service Provider Ranked First In The Order Of Priority. If The First-Ranked Service Provider Is Unable To Provide The Service In Accordance With The Schedule, Scope Or Other Conditions Described In The Framework Agreement, The Customer Can Place An Order With The Next-Ranked Service Provider. The Estimated Value Of The Acquisition During The Entire Acquisition Period (Including Possible Option Periods) Without Vat Is 2,000,000 And The Maximum Amount Of The Total Value Of The Acquisition Is 2,000,000 Euros.
