In The Case Of Applicant/Working Groups, The Professional Requirements Are Met - At Least By One Member - If The Authors Of The Competition Paper Meet The Professional Requirements That Are Placed On Natural And Legal Persons. In The Event Of An Order, Individual Contracts Are Concluded With The Members Of The Applicant/Working Groups. Participants Selected In The Competition Are Not Allowed To Participate In The Competition Other Than Those Named In The Application (Co-Authors). According To §51 Vgv, The Number Of Applicants For The Second Phase (Competition) Is Limited. For This Purpose, A Ranking Is Created Based On The Objective And Non-Discriminatory Eligibility Criteria Of The Application For Participation In The Form Of Points Achieved.
