Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Project Management Consultant For The Old Suurtor Quarter (Elephant Quarter) Of The City Of Turku. The Procurement Services Of The City Of Turkus Corporate Administration Is Requesting Applications For Participation In The Competitive Negotiation Procedure Regarding The Services Of A Project Management Consultant For The Old Suurtor Quarter (The So-Called Elephanten Quarter) Of The City Of Turku. The Task Of The Project Management Of An Exceptionally Demanding Project Is The Practical Management And Organization Of The Entire Project With The Support Of The Facility Services Project Manager. The Object Of Procurement And The Content Of The Service As Well As The Requirements Are Described At A Preliminary Level In This Request For Participation And They Will Be Specified In The Negotiations. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Conclude An Indefinite Contract With One Supplier. The Procurement Procedure Is Two-Stage. Based On This Request For Participation, 4 Candidates Will Be Selected For The Second Phase, I.E. The Negotiation Phase. In The Negotiations, The Requirements Of The Service And The Comparison Criteria For The Offers Are Specified. In Step Two, The Actual Request For Quotation Is Submitted. The Selection Criteria For The Request For Offer Phase Is The Economically Most Favorable Price, With A 70% Weighting Of Quality. The Purpose Of The Negotiations Is To Specify The Qualitative Comparison Criteria And The Price Comparison Method. The Candidates Invited To The Negotiations Can, If The Client So Wishes, Be Sent Preliminary Tasks Related To The Preliminary Content Of The Negotiations. The Negotiations Have The Same Content With All Invitees And They Are Conducted Confidentially. Content Of The Negotiations: The Purpose Of The Negotiation Phase Is To Prepare The Actual Request For Tender. In The Negotiations, The Service Description Attached To The Participation Request Will Be Specified. The Described Task Is Specified And, If Necessary, Expanded Or Limited As A Result Of The Negotiations. Some Of The Tasks Described May Also Be Turned Into Options For The Final Tender Request. The Purpose Of The Negotiations Is To Specify The Criteria For Comparing The Offers, Both The Qualitative Comparison Criteria And The Method Of Requesting And Comparing The Price. As Planned, The Weight Of Quality In The Comparison Will Be 70%. Possible Qualitative Criteria Are E.G. The Project Plan Required From The Bidders As Part Of The Bid And The Interview(S) Of The Offered Expert Team.
