In Procurement, Safety Equipment Refers To Various Safety Equipment That Can Be Given To The Home, Which Can Improve The Safety Of The Customer Living At Home. Security Devices To Be Purchased Include Security Phones And Their Accessories, A Locating Security Bracelet And A Solution For Door Monitoring In Communal Housing. The Alarm Reception Service Refers To A Service In Which Alarms Coming Through Security Devices Are Received, A Preliminary Assessment Of The Need For Assistance Is Made And The Request Is Forwarded To The Security Assistants. The Service Will Be Available 24 Hours A Day, Every Day Of The Year. The Alarm Reception System Refers To A System With Which The Subscriber Can Receive Alarms From Different Security Devices And Forward Them As A Task To The Security Assistants. In The Welfare Area Of Lapland, It Is Planned To Adopt The Alarm Reception Service As Its Own Operation According To The Preliminary Schedule In The Spring Of 2028. The Welfare Area Will Acquire The Alarm Reception Service Until The Reception System Is Put Into Use, After Which The Procurement Of The Reception Service Will End. The Object Of Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices, Especially In Appendix 1 Description Of The Object Of Procurement. In The Competition, One Supplier Is Selected As The Framework Contract Supplier. Through The Framework Arrangement, The Welfare Area Acquires Security Equipment And Services From The Selected Supplier During The Contract Period As Needed. The Needs Of The Welfare Area May Vary During The Contract Period, And The Request For Tenders Does Not Commit To Specific Procurement Quantities. The Contract Period Of The Framework Agreement Is Fixed-Term For Two Years, After Which The Contract Will Continue Indefinitely. In Addition, The Alarm Reception System As A Whole Is Procured From The Selected Supplier, Which Includes The Delivery Of The System And Its Continuous Service. The Systems Continuous Service Contract Is Valid Until Further Notice. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Because It Is A Single Entity Made Up Of Goods And Services, The Compatibility Of All Parts Of Which Must Be Ensured. From The Point Of View Of The Safety Of The Customers Of The Lapland Welfare Area, It Is Important That One Supplier Is Responsible For The Functionality Of The Entire Entity.
