It works through a dual-track approach focused on empowering and protecting children, women, and youth with disabilities from all forms of marginalization, discrimination, and gender- and disability-based violence. At the same time, it promotes the inclusion of disability in social, institutional, and policy contexts, in line with the principles of inclusion and leaving no one behind. Project Background QADER is implementing the project: Enhancing Resilience and Improving Access to Comprehensive Rehabilitation, Protection, and Psychosocial Support Services in the West Bank and Gaza Tahseen, in partnership with CBM and funded by BMZ (German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development). The project aims to strengthen the resilience of vulnerable groups, including persons with and without disabilitiesespecially women and girlsby improving access to protection services, psychosocial support, rehabilitation services, economic empowerment opportunities, and crisis preparedness. Objective of the Assignment QADER seeks to contract a trainer to implement a training program targeting young men and women (aged 1836) from different local communities, including persons with disabilities.
