Tenders are invited for MTA Services Tender 2026 Country Profile Acted started its activities in the occupied Palestinian territory in May 2007, initially through food security interventions in the West Bank and later in Gaza. Acted is currently implementing projects funded by ECHO, OCHA, CDCS, among others, aiming to protect vulnerable households and strengthen civil society actors. Transfer Service (Cash and/or E-voucher) Due to urgent humanitarian needs and to ensure timely distribution of cash and/or evouchers, Acted is seeking to sign a two-year contract with a Money Transfer Agent (MTA) capable of facilitating e-voucher delivery and/or cash transfers to beneficiaries across the Gaza Strip and West Bank.
