This Technical Specification Defines The Requirements For The Provision Of Dental Care Services To Conscripts Of The Armed Forces Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan. A Potential Supplier Must Meet The Following Qualification Requirements: Services Are Provided In Accordance With The Regulatory Legal Acts Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan In The Field Of Healthcare And Medical Support For Military Personnel. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Services On The Basis Of An Agreement Concluded With The Customer. The Contractor Ensures The Availability Of Services Within 10 Km From The Location Of Military Units. Scope And Types Of Services Provided As Part Of The Provision Of Dental Care Services, The Contractor Must Provide The Following Types Of Dental Services: Primary Dental Examination, Diagnosis And Consultation - Upon Request (Referred By A Doctor Of A Military Unit) Therapeutic Treatment Of Caries - According To Indications. Therapeutic Treatment Of Pulpitis - According To Indications Therapeutic Treatment Of Periodontitis - According To Indications. Tooth Extraction, Including Complex Extractions. Providing Emergency Dental Care (Acute Pain, Abscesses, Injuries). X-Ray Diagnostics (According To Indications). Treatment Of Diseases Of The Oral Mucosa. Requirements For The Quality And Safety Of Services All Medical Services Must Be Provided In Accordance With Clinical Protocols Approved By The Ministry Of Health Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan. Use Of Certified Medical Materials And Drugs. Compliance With Infection Safety Requirements, Sterilization Of Instruments And Disinfection Of Premises. Maintaining Medical Records In The Prescribed Manner.
