Stone Plaster Must Be Plastered, And A Low Wall Must Be Plastered Around The Foundation As A Seal For Undermining The Existing Foundation. The Work Takes Place In Winter, When The Amount Of Water Is As Low As Possible, But There Are Still Large Amounts Of Water. Lærdalsvassdraget Is One National Salmon Waterway With Occasionally High Water Levels And Power Production. There Are Many Stakeholders In The Area, Including Agriculture, Fish And Power. Ref Ch. B1 Section 9.3: If There Is A Factual Reason, The Client Can Cancel The Competition With Immediate Effect. In Order For The Contract To Be Carried Out, It Is A Condition That Land Acquisition And Entry For Work Have Been Completed. The Expropriation And Accession Process Is Ongoing During The Tender Phase. If The Land Acquisition Is Not Settled In Time, The Competition, Possibly The Contract And Implementation May Be Cancelled. It Does Not Give The Right To Compensation.
