Demolition Of The Main Building Of The Decommissioned Camp Center, Waste Sorting And Removal. The Work Includes The Complete Demolition Of The Wooden Building And The Removal Of The Cast Plinth And Concrete Slab, As Well As The Sorting And Transportation Of The Materials To The Approved Reception Locations. The Old Pipelines And Wells Are Removed The Building Site Is Leveled After The Demolition Work And The Surface Is Shaped. The Asphalt In The Yard Area Is Removed And Transported Away. The Ground Surface Is Leveled And Shaped Also In The Yard Area. An Asbestos And Harmful Substance Survey Has Been Carried Out On The Site By The Customer On 19 February 2026. The Contract Includes The Following Work Steps: 1. Demolition Planning And Site Plan2. Discharge Of Harmful Substances3. Controlled Dismantling Of Structures And Sorting Of Materials 4. Sorting Of Materials And Transport To Reception Locations5. Documentation Of Material Quantities6. Reporting Of Demolition Waste To The Customer7. Tidying Up The Site After Demolition Demolition Is Carried Out In A Material-Efficient And Sorted Manner So That The Buildings Materials Can Be Reported. The Contractor Delivers To The Customer After The Demolition Work: - Quantities Of Demolished Materials (Kg Or Tons) - Breakdown By Type Of Material (Concrete, Wood, Metal, Glass, Plaster, Plastic, Etc.) - Recycling And Disposal Sites And Their Certificates - Demolition Summary Report To The Contractor Non-Included And Additional Work Is Agreed Separately With The Customer. Work That Is Not Part Of The Contract May Not Be Started Until It Has Been Approved By The Client. The Customer Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject The Offer.
