The Object Of The Procurement Is The Movable Retreat And Work Spaces (Product) For The Office Of The Norwegian Museum Agency (Purchasing Unit) Located At The National Museum. The Object Of The Procurement Is Divided Into Four Different Areas Based On The Size And Characteristics Of The Products. The Properties And Dimensions Are Presented Below In This Request For Tender And In Its Attachments. All Products Offered By The Bidder Must Meet The Following Requirements: • Convertibility: The Products Must Be Disassembled And Reassembled Without The Products Properties Deteriorating. The Parts Must Be Replaceable.• Sound Insulation: Products Must Have At Least Class A Sound Insulation (Iso 23351-1) (30 – 33 Db). The Products Must Have An Acoustically Pleasant Interior With A Reverberation Time Of Less Than 0.5 Seconds.• Ventilation And Lighting: The Products Must Have Adjustable Stepless Or At Least Four-Step Ventilation Intensity And Adjustable Lighting. The Lighting Must Be (Maximum) Approx. 500 Lx And It Must Be Infinitely Dimmable Or At Least Three-Step Dimmable To A Level Of Approx. 100 Lx. • Materials And Appearance: The Interior And Exterior Surfaces (Walls) Of The Products Must Be Made With An Acoustic Surface Material And A Wide Selection Of Color Options, With The Exception Of The Entrance Wall Surface. The Entrance Wall Must Be Made Of Glass. - Wear Resistance Of At Least 50,000 Martindales Is Required For The Inner Fabric Upholstery And 25,000 Martindales For The Possible Exterior.- The Interior Upholstery Panels Must Be Replaceable.• Equipment: The Equipment Is Provided According To The Requirements Of Retreat Spaces (A), (B), (C). In Withdrawal Mode (D), The Equipment Is Optional. The Sub-Areas Are Tendered Separately From Each Other And One Supplier Is Selected For Each Sub-Area. The Bidder Can Make An Offer Regarding One Or More Areas. The Target Delivery Time Of The Products Is By August 31, 2026. A More Detailed Delivery And Installation Schedule Will Be Agreed With The Selected Supplier. Target Presentation The Preliminary Locations Of The Retreat Spaces And The Dimensions Of The Retreat Space Elements Are Defined In The Floor Plans Attached To The Request For Tender. The Tenderer Must Take Into Account That, Although The Dimensions Of The Retreat Spaces Offered Are Indicative, The Placement Places Are In Some Places Very Cramped. The Dimensions Of The Offered Products May Differ Slightly From The Dimensions Presented By The Procurement Unit, Maximum + 100 Mm / -200 Mm. The Bidder Must Note That Even Abnormally Dimensioned Products Must, However, Meet All The Requirements Set For Them In Other Respects, E.G. In Terms Of Equipment.
