The Municipality Of Enontekiö Is Requesting A Bid For The Operation Of Contract-Based Wilderness Aviation In The Area Of The Municipality Of Enontekiö. The Bid Is Being Sought For The Contract-Based Wilderness Aviation In The Open Water Season 2026 And 2027 For The Organization Of Basic Service Work And Business Trips For Residents Living In The Käsivarre Area Of Enontekiös Käsivarre Area With No Road Connections. In Addition, The Buyer Reserves The Right To Negotiate A Maximum One (1) Year Extension Contract. (Option Year) Without A New Tender. Operation The Operators Responsibility Is To Manage Wilderness Air Traffic In The Open Water Season 2026 And 2027. The Operator Must Cover At Least 30% Of The Total Costs / Flight With Passenger Revenue. Minimum Requirements Equipment Requirements:- Seats At Least Four- Load Capacity: Passengers And Goods At Least 350 Kg.- Possibility To Transport Fuels (Petrol And Gas) Payable Compensation And Contract Value The Operator Will Be Paid Compensation For Handling Wilderness Air Traffic, From Which Passenger Income Has Been Deducted 30% Of The Total Costs. For 30,000 Euros (Vat 0%)/Season. The Contract For Managing Wilderness Air Transport Is Drawn Up With A Maximum Of Two Operators, One Of Which Offers Small Plane And The Other Helicopter Transport. The Size Of Both Contracts Is Max. €15,000. The Subscriber Undertakes To Purchase Wilderness Air Traffic In The Open Water Season 2027 In Its Entirety For A Maximum Of €20,000 (Vat 0%)/Season. The Contract For Managing Wilderness Air Transport Is Drawn Up With A Maximum Of Two Operators, One Of Which Offers Small Plane And The Other Helicopter Transport. The Size Of Both Contracts Is Max. €10,000. In Addition, The Buyer Reserves The Right To Negotiate A Maximum One (1) Year Extension Contract (Option Year) Without A New Tender In Accordance With 2027. Passenger And Freight Revenue In Addition To The Compensation Paid By The Customer, The Operator May Keep The Passenger Revenue Collected And The Freight Revenue Collected From Outside Parties. Passenger Income Must Cover At Least 30% Of The Total Costs/Flight. Content Of The Offer And Information To Be Sent To The Procurement Unit The Offer Must Be Made In Finnish. The Offer Must Include The Name And Contact Information Of The Offeror. The Offer Must State The Name Of The Person Responsible For The Traffic. The Offer Must Contain All The Information And Explanations Required In The Request For An Offer.
