The Procurement Includes The System Delivery And Implementation Project, The Necessary Software/User Licenses, System And Version Updates, Support And Maintenance Services For Production Use, Training And Separately Ordered Expert Services. In Addition, As An Option, A Price Is Requested For The Integration With The Innofactor Dynasty 10 Case Management System. The Mandatory Functionalities Set For The Transaction System Are Described In The Functional Requirements, Non-Functional Requirements And Support And Maintenance Services Sections Of The Request For Tender. The Quality Features To Be Scored At The Presentation Events Are Described Separately In The Request For Quotation. The Transaction System Is Used For Transactions Offered By Raahe City Industries For Personal Customers And Community Customers (E.G. Associations, Clubs, Companies). The Number Of Transactions Is Estimated To Be 700–800 Transactions Per Year, If The System Enables Both Strong Identification And Anonymous Transactions.
