The City Of Salo (Hereafter Procurement Entity/Customer) Is Requesting Bids For The Renovation Of The Laundry And Changing Facilities And The Sewer On The Basement Floor Of Halikos Armfelt School Elementary School As A Complete Contract In The Scope According To The Tender Documents. The Renovation Will Be Done In Two Phases In 2026-2027 And The Price Will Be Given As A Total Price Including Both Phases. Phase 1: Complete Renewal Of The Basement Drain And Underground Slab And Renovation Of The Cleaning Room. Cracks Have Been Found In The Floor Drain. Approximately 30 M3 Of Soil To Be Replaced. Summer Vacation Season 2026 (June 1-July 31, 2026). Phase 2: Renewing The Surfaces Of The Basement Washing And Dressing Rooms, As Well As The Drains And Water Pipes. Summer Vacation Season 2027 (June 7-July 30, 2027).
