Tourism Ireland Is Now Seeking Tenders From Suitably Qualified Suppliers, Regardless Of Their Location, For The Provision, Implementation And Support Of A Cloud-Hosted Learning Management System (Lms) To Support The Delivery And Continuation Of The Ireland Specialist Programme. The Lms Must Provide A Customisable, Interactive, And Intuitive User Interface That Supports Learner Engagement And Ease Of Navigation. It Should Deliver Core Lms Functionality - Including Course And Content Management, Scorm Compliance, User And Role Administration, Assessments And Certifications, Gamification, Progress Tracking, And Reporting - To Support Programme Management And The Delivery Of Multilingual Courses Across A Variety Of Markets. The Goal Of This Procurement Is To Implement A Reliable, Scalable, And Future‑Proof Platform That Will Support The Long‑Term Sustainability Of The Programme. The Contract Period Will Be For Up To A Maximum Term Of Five [5] Years Subject To Budget And Annual Performance Review, And Other Factors.
