The Contractor Provides The Devices Via Rental Agreement/Purchase And Takes Over The Maintenance Of All Existing Existing Devices Including The Label Printers. By Implementing A Printing And Copying Concept, The Parties Involved Pursue The Following Objectives: - Exchange / Modernization Of The Printing And Multifunctional Systems - Provision Of The Service For The Existing Systems (Purchase Systems) From The Manufacturer Lexmark - Integration Of All Systems Into The Existing Network Infrastructure - Implementation Of The Systems In The Provided Print Management System Iq4docs Or Kyocontrol Including Adoption Of The Defined Scan Workflows. - Billing Of The Service Based On Basic Rental Prices Plus A Cartridge-Based Billing Model (See Appendix 2)
