The Projects Area Stretches From Råbekken To Østfoldhallen Along County Road 109 In Fredrikstad Municipality. Fv. 109 At This Stretch (Approx. 1.7 Km Long) Is To Be Expanded To 4 Lanes Where Two Lanes Are Public Transport Lanes. Cycle Paths Will Be Built. The Project Also Includes The Construction Of Retaining Walls, Footbridges And Culverts As Well As Roundabouts.
