The Subject Of The Public Procurement Covers The Provision Of The Following Services: A. Making Reservations And Providing Plane Tickets For The Transportation Of Passengers And Luggage During Business Trips In The Country And Abroad, At The Request Of The Contracting Authority; And If Necessary And After A Request Made By The Contracting Authority: B. Provision Of Hotel Reservations Abroad, At The Request Of The Contracting Authority; C. Medical Insurance For Business Trips Abroad, At The Request Of The Contracting Authority; D. Travel Cancellation Insurances For Business Trips Abroad, At The Request Of The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Must Ensure The Possibility Of Accepting Requests During Working And Non-Working Hours, Including Weekends And Holidays, 24 /Twenty-Four/ Hours A Day, 365 /Three Hundred And Sixty-Five/ Days A Year. Estimated Quantity 300 Airline Tickets, 300 Hotel Reservations, 300 Medical Insurance And 200 Trip Cancellation Insurance. The Specified Quantities Are Estimated And The Employer Is Not Obliged To Assign Them In Full, Nor Is It Limited To Assigning Them Only To The Specified Number. The Contracting Authority Has The Right, In Case Of Need For Plane Tickets, Hotel Reservations, Medical Insurance And Trip Cancellation Insurance In Excess Of The Specified Quantities, To Make Requests Under The Contract, In Case Its Term Has Not Expired And The Total Value Of All Assigned Services Under The Contract Does Not Exceed The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Order - 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand) Euros Without Vat. The Quantity And Destinations Are Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On The Specific Needs, With Prior Requests.
