Brief Description Of The Order - The Subject Of The Public Order Covers The Supply Of Materials Intended For Use In Own Production Of Bituminous (Asphalt) Mixtures Produced Under The Control Of An Implemented, Operational, Documented And Maintained System For Evaluating And Verifying The Constancy Of Operational Indicators In Relation To The Essential Characteristics Of The Product And According To The Intended Use, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Harmonized Specifications And Standards. The Present Public Procurement Is Divided Into The Following Separate Positions: Separate Heading No. 1: Cationic Bitumen Emulsion; Specific Heading No. 2: Road Bitumen 50/70; Separate Item No. 3: “Coarse Rock Material 4/11.2 Mm”; Specific Heading No. 4: Small Rock Material 0/4 Mm; Separate Item No. 5: Rock Material - Fraction 0/4 Mm, Fractionated, Screened (Natural Sand); Separate Heading No. 6: Mineral Flour/Fine Filler; The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specifications Are Estimates, And The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Use Them Completely (100%). The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Exceed/Underestimate The Estimated Purchase Quantities Of Each Of The Specified Products.
