The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Select A Supplier Of Chemical Products For Waste Water Treatment, Namely Calcium Hydroxide /Calcium Hydrated Lime/. Deliveries Will Be Made Periodically To The Site Of The Wastewater Treatment Plant In The Town Of Shumen, With Address: Town Of Shumen, Locality Yakova In The Land Of The Town Of Shumen, After A Prior Written Request Of The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With Its Operational Needs. Deliveries Will Be Made By The Contractors Transport. Calcium Hydrated Lime /Calcium Hydroxide/ Is For Use In The Technological Process For Wastewater Treatment And Sludge Treatment In The Shumen Wwtp. Estimated Quantity For A Period Of 12 Months - 500 Tons. Specific Needs Of The Employer Will Be Objectified In Separate Written Requests To The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract. The Quantities Described Are Estimates And Do Not Commit The Employer To Their Complete Utilization Upon Conclusion Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase And/Or Decrease Them Depending On Specific Needs. In This Sense, The Contracting Authority Has The Right, During The Term Of The Contract, Not To Declare A Given Estimated Quantity In Full, As Well As To Declare Delivery, After Reaching The Estimated Quantities Specified For Them, Until Reaching The Maximum Value Of The Contract /The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement/.
