Insurance Of Property Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv And The Units Of Municipal Budget Maintenance, Under Two Separate Items, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1: Insurance Of The Official Cars Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv And The Units Of Municipal Budget Maintenance With Civil Liability Insurances For Motorists, Accident For Passengers In Public Transport And Auto Casco For Motor Vehicles, As Well As Conclusion Of General Civil Liability Insurance; Separate Position No. 2: Insurance Of Equipment Acquired Under The Project Modernization And Development Of Sustainable Urban Transport In The City Of Plovdiv And Other Equipment. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Ensure The Need To Provide Insurance Protection On The Property Interests Of The Contracting Authority, By Assuming The Risk Of The Occurrence Of Insurance Events, By Means Of Providing Insurance Services. The Subject Of The Order Covers The Provision Of Insurance Services For The Conclusion Of Insurance Under The Separate Items, Hereinafter Referred To As Services, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Conditions Of This Documentation. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are In Accordance With The Draft Contract, The Technical Specification, The Technical And Price Proposal For The Respective Individual Position - Appendices To This Documentation. The Contract, Which Will Be Concluded With The Participant Designated As The Executor Of The Relevant Specific Position, Will Be Valid For 12 (Twelve) Months. It Is Envisaged That The Contract Will Be Renewed Twice Under The Same Conditions, Including Term, Volume And Total Value, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract.
