The Transport Service Is Carried Out According To The Route Schedule. Transports Should Be Carried Out By Drivers (Minimum Of Two) Who Meet The Requirements Of Art. 18 Of Ordinance No. 33 Of 3.11.1999 On Public Transport Of Passengers And Cargo On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, The Age Of The Drivers Being In Accordance With The Provision Of Art. 151 Of The Road Traffic Act For Driving A Motor Vehicle Of Categories D And De. When Executing The Order, The Requirements Of The Applicable Legal Acts In The Field Of Road Transport Should Be Observed, Including, But Not Limited To: Road Traffic Act; The Road Transport Act And Ordinance No. 33/03.11.1999 For Public Transport Of Passengers And Cargo On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria / Obn. In Sg No. 101/23.11.1999/, As Well As For Compliance With All Requirements Related To Traffic Safety And Labor Protection. The Deadline For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. After This Period Has Expired Or The Estimated Value Of The Order Has Been Reached, The Contracting Authority May Assign The Activities Subject To The Public Procurement Again For A Period Of 6 (Six) Months, Under The Same Conditions, By Notifying The Contractor In Writing.
