The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Appointment Of A Contractor For The Construction Of: On Separate Position No. 1 - Todor Nedkov Street In The Section Between O.T. 15 – O.T. 117; O.T. 108 – O.T. 111 And O.T. 26 – O.T. 22, Malinova Dolina 1St, 2Nd, 3Rd, 4Th, 5Th And 6Th Parts, Studentski District, Sofia And On Separate Position No. 2 - Krikor Azarian Street In The Section Between Quarters 3A, 4A, 5A, 6 And Quarters 9, 8, 7, Malinova Dolina, 1St, 2Nd, 3Rd, 4Th, 5Th And 6Th Parts Part I: From O.T. 38 – O.T. 37 – O.T. 36 – O.T. 89 - O.T. 32 To O.T. 31, Studentski District, Sofia. The Goal Is To Select A Contractor To Whom The Metropolitan Municipality - Studentski District Will Entrust The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works Under Priority Projects With The Aim Of Improving Transport Accessibility And Mobility Within The Borders Of The District And To The Exit Of The City Of Sofia In The Direction Of Okolovrasten Path Street. ​​​​​​​The Implementation Of This Public Procurement Will Lead To The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Represent And Protect The Interests Of The Employer Throughout The Investment Process. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Fulfilling All The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Legislation Related To The Construction Activities In Accordance With The Technical Norms And Requirements Of The Legislation Related To The Construction (Mainly Zut And The By-Laws). The Task Of The Contractor Is To Ensure Reliable Construction Of The Streets In The Respective Designated Positions. Information About The Subject Of The Order For Each Individual Position, A Description Of The Planned Activities, Including Requirements For The Manner And Order Of Their Implementation Are Contained In The Developed Investment Project, Which Is Applied To Each Of The Individual Positions.
