Separate Position No. 1 - Supply Of Textbooks, Study Sets And Provision Of Access To Electronically Readable Textbooks Published By Prosveta-Sofia Ad Publishing House; Separate Position No. 2 - Supply Of Textbooks, Study Sets And Provision Of Access To Electronically Readable Textbooks Published By Bit And Technika Ood Publishing House; Separate Position No. 3 - Supply Of Textbooks, Study Sets And Provision Of Access To E-Readable Textbooks Published By Pearson Education Limited - Longman Publishing House, Represented By S.A.N.-Pro Eood; Separate Position No. 4 - Supply Of Textbooks, Study Sets And Provision Of Access To Electronically Readable Textbooks Published By Archimed 2 Ood Publishing House. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order More Than The Estimated Amount Of Textbooks, Study Sets And Electronic Readable Textbooks (Etus) Depending On The Number Of Newly Enrolled Students In The 2026/2027 School Year. Within The Value Of The Public Procurement, Determined For Each Specific Item, Additional Numbers Of Textbooks, Study Sets Including E-Readable Textbooks Are Included, Which Will Be Additionally Requested In A Separate Request To Each Publishing House During The 2026-2027 School Year. 2. The Deadline For Concluding The Contracts With The Publishing Houses Is After The Entry Into Force Of The Decision To Open The Procedure, After The Expiration Of The 10-Day Appeal Period, According To The Provisions Of Art. 197, Para. 1, Item 5, Letter A Of The Civil Code. The Deadline For The Delivery Of The Textbooks, Study Sets Is Until 30.09.2026. The Deadline For The Main Request Is Until 04.09.2026, According To The Schedule Of Activities To Ensure The Free Use Of Educational Books For Children In The Four Age Groups Approved By The Minister Of Education And Science With Order No. Рд09-1398 Of 30.03.2026 Textbooks And Study Sets For Students From I To Xii Grades For The Academic Year 2026 - 2027. The Term Of Validity Of The Contracts For Public Procurement, Which Will Be Concluded Under The Respective Separate Position With The Specified Publishing Houses, Is Until The Fulfillment Of The Specific Requests To The Publishing Houses, But No Later Than 30.06.2027. 3. Textbooks, Study Sets And Study Aids Must Correspond To The Lists Of Knowledge Books, Textbooks, Study Sets And Study Aids Approved And Approved By The Ministry Of Education And Culture, Which Will Be Used During The School Year. The Same Should Meet The Requirements Laid Down In Ordinance 10/19.12.2017, As Well As Pms 79/13.04.2016 Regulations On Funds. Delivered Textbooks, Study Kits And Study Aids Should Be New, Without Signs Of Use And Properly Equipped. The Transport To The Customer Free Of Charge And The Loading And Unloading Activities Are Carried Out By The Contractor.
