The Current Order Awarded By Applying The Order Of Award Collection Of Bids With Announcement Of Value Under Art. 20, Para. 3, Item 1 Of The Zop Is Subject: Design, Construction And Authors Supervision Of The Beauty Of The Mughal Balkan Tourist Trail. The Selection Is Based On Article 20, Paragraph 3, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act With Regard To The Estimated Value Of The Order And Aims To Comply With The Legal Rules And Ensure Transparency When Awarding By The Contracting Authority Under Article 5, Paragraph 2, Item 9 Of The Public Procurement Act. In Relation To The Conditions For Conducting The Award, Not Regulated In The Complete Documentation For Participation, The Provisions Of The Zoning Plan, The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Zoning Plan (Zzop), The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut), As Well As The Relevant National And International Normative Acts (Statutory And By-Laws) Regulating The Activities Of The Scope Of The Award, According To The Specifics Of The Object Of Implementation, Including Those Related To The Various Hypotheses Of Participation Of Specific Business Entities - Local And/Or Foreign Physical Entities And/Or Legal Entities, In Relation To The Administrative-Legal Framework, Legal Personality And Technical Capabilities, For Which Persons The Relevant And Applicable Regulations, Registration And Licensing Regimes Are Relevant. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed In The Technical Specifications Of The Public Procurement, Contained In A Separate Document That Is An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
