2026 Sewer Relining Program . The City Of Courtenay Invites Tenders For C26-028, 2026 Sewer Relining Program. The Work Will Include The Following: Cured-In-Place Relining Of Approximately 590M Of 200Mm Diameter Asbestos Cement Sanitary Main Pipe By Cedar Crescent And Surroundings. Cured-In-Place Relining Of Approximately 100M Of 200Mm Diameter Asbestos Cement Sanitary Main Pipe Along Mcphee Avenue. Coordinating All Private Property Access To Registered Rights-Of-Ways, Including Pre-Construction Condition Reports, Mitigation Of Damages, Restoration And Landowner Agreements Post-Restoration. Bypass Pumping As Required To Manage Existing Flows Around Worksite. Amandatory Pre-Tender Site Meetingto Be Held On May 5, 2026 At 1:00 P.M. Local Time. The Meeting Location Will Be At Kilpatrick Avenue And Dogwood Drive Intersection.
