Remove And Dispose Of Existing Asphalt Sidewalk, 100Mm Of The Existing Base Material, And Existing Sod/Topsoil In Areas Where New Sidewalk/Aprons Will Be Placed. Supply, Place, And Compact At Least 100Mm Of New Type 1 Base Gravels For Under The New Sidewalk. Re-Pave Sidewalk And Aprons With New Hot Mix Asphalt At A Compacted Thickness Of 65Mm. Sidewalk Elevation Is To Be At Least 12-25Mm Higher Than Curb Elevation. Also, Any Sidewalk/Driveway Swales Are To Be Approved By Village Staff; There Should Be No Sidewalk Dips At Driveways. Cross Slope Should Not Exceed 2%. The Length Slope Is Not To Exceed 5% Anywhere Along Project, Unless Prior Approval From Village Clerk. Contractor To Allow For Traffic Control Services As Required Throughout The Project. All Boulevard And Adjacent Areas Shall Be Restored To A Condition Suitable For Landscaping Making Ready To Receive A Minimum Of 4” Topsoil And Seeding. Village Will Be Responsible For Supply And Reinstatement Of Topsoil And Seeding. Village Will Accept Pricing For All Sidewalk To Be Completed With Concrete.
