1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A P&R Facility In Sarby.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Method Of Their Execution Are Specified In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.3. The Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Order And The Rules Regarding Payment Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 281 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Act On Public Procurement. The Contract Template Is Attached As Annex 4 To Swz.4. Due To The Fact That The Subject Of The Order Will Be Co-Financed By The European Union, Its Implementation Must Comply With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Significant Harm). Therefore, Both The Construction Works Carried Out And The Technical Solutions, Materials And Technologies Used Must Be Consistent With Each Of The Six Environmental Objectives Specified In The Dnsh Principle: A) Climate Change Mitigation, B) Adaptation To Climate Change, C) Sustainable Use And Protection Of Water And Marine Resources, D) Circular Economy, E) Pollution Prevention And Control, F) Protection And Restoration Of Biodiversity And Ecosystems.5. The Above Results From Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 June 2020 On Establishing A Framework To Facilitate Sustainable Investment, Amending Regulation (Eu) 2019/2088 Https://Eur-Lex.Europa.Eu/Legal-Content/Pl/Txt/?Uri=Celex%3A32020r0852.6. In Order To Confirm Compliance With The Dnsh Principle Referred To In Point 5, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: A) Comply With Environmental Protection Law At Every Stage Of Order Execution, B) Use Materials, Products And Devices Approved For Trading And Use In Construction And - At The Request Of The Ordering Party - Submit Documents Confirming Their Quality, Safety And Compliance With Environmental Requirements (In Particular Declarations Of Performance, Technical Data Sheets, Approvals, Certificates), C) Conducting Waste Management In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Their Selective Collection, Storage And Transfer To Authorized Entities, D) Management Or Neutralization Of Waste Generated During The Implementation Of Works In Accordance With The Waste Act And Implementing Regulations, E) Taking Actions To Limit The Negative Impact Of The Works On The Environment, In Particular In Terms Of Noise, Dust And Pollutant Emissions Into The Air, Soil And Water, F) Carrying Out The Works In A Way That Does Not Result In Exceeding The Permissible Environmental Standards, Including - To The Extent Organizational Possibilities - During Daily, G) Tidying Up The Construction Site After Completion Of The Works And Restoring It To A Condition Consistent With The Design Documentation And The Employers Requirements.7.
