Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Medical Diagnostic And Surgical Gloves - Framework Agreement Zp16/A/8/2026

6.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Successive Delivery Of Medical Diagnostic And Surgical Gloves (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Medical Articles Or Assortment) For The Departments Of Szpital Powiatu Bytów Sp. Z O. O., Ordered By The Hospital Pharmacy According To The Current Needs Of The Hospital, In The Expected Quantity, Assortment And Absolute Requirements Specified In The Assortment And Price Form, Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. During The Term Of The Agreement, The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Order Medical Supplies Worth At Least 40% Of The Total Maximum Remuneration Specified In § 2 Section 1 Of The Agreement.6.2 As Part Of The Order And The Remuneration Resulting From The Submitted Offer, The Ordering Party Requires, During The Term Of The Contract, The Delivery Of Uniform Single Or Triple Plastic Glove Dispensers Compatible With The Glove Packaging Indicated In Annex No. 1 To Swz, Item 4, In An Amount Of At Least 100 Pieces (Successive Deliveries According To The Ordering Partys Needs). The Dispensers Should Be Compatible With Glove Packaging And Be Able To Be Easily Disinfected And Attached With Tape, Permanently With Screws Or On A Modura Rail.
