The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Under The Task Titled: Changing The Use Of Part Of The School Complex Building Into The Municipal Public Library And The Municipal Cultural And Sports Center In Szczekociny - Stage I.2. The Following Construction Works Are Planned As Part Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Construction Of Partition Walls - Basement, Ground Floor, First Floor, Attic With Installation Of Aluminum Doors; 2) Construction Of Fire Separation Walls - Basement, Ground Floor, First Floor And Installation Of Aluminum Doors In The Attic; 3) Construction Of A Ramp For Disabled People.3. Detailed Scope Of Construction Works In Accordance With Art. 103 Section 1 Of The Pzp Was Described Using The Bill Of Quantities, Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 1 To This Swz, Which Constitutes Its Integral Part. Attention!!! Design Documentation Covers A Wider Scope. 4. Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge In A Way That Guarantees The Safety Of People And Property. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active Facility.5. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Stwiorb, The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, Applicable Regulations, And To Hand Over The Subject Of This Contract To The Ordering Party Within The Time Agreed Therein. Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge In A Way That Guarantees The Safety Of People And Property.6. If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc.7. A Contractor Who Relies On Equivalent Solutions Within The Meaning Of Art. 99 Section 5 Or Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer And To Submit Documents (Evidence In Question) With The Offer Confirming That The Offered Equivalent Solutions Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Described In The Subject Of The Order. If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Above-Mentioned Documents Or The Submitted Documents Are Incomplete, The Ordering Party Will Not Request Their Submission/Supplementation.8.
