The Subject Of The Order Should Be Manufactured By An Entity Included In The List Of Companies That Have Received The Consent Of The Commander-In-Chief Of The State Fire Service For The Production And Marketing Of Items Of Service Clothing For Firefighters Of The State Fire Service.4. The Contractor Should Attach A Document To The Delivered Goods In The Form Of A Manufacturers Warranty, Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To Swz.5. Required Warranty And Warranty Period: 24 Months.6. Place Of Order Fulfillment - Delivery Of Goods To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, I.E. Central School Of The State Fire Service In Częstochowa, Ul. Sabinowska 62/64.7. Required Payment Deadline - 30 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract Confirmed By The Actual Acceptance Protocol And Receipt Of The Invoice (Assigning The Invoice An Identifying Number In Ksef). The Invoice Will Be Issued After Signing The Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Order.8. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exchange The Sizes Of Up To 20% Of The Total Quantity Of New And Unused Goods Specified In The Subject Of The Order Within 12 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Goods With New Goods Of A Different Size.9. The Subject Of The Order Is Subject To The Goods And Services Tax Rate Of 23%, In Accordance With The Goods And Services Tax Act Of March 11, 200410. The Goods Offered For Sale Should Be New And Of The First Quality.11. Transport, Delivery To Site And Unloading Are Provided By The Contractor.12.
