In The Remaining Scope, The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Are Regulated By The Draft Agreement, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Contractors Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be A Lump Sum Remuneration, Not Subject To Verification, As A Result Of Which The Need To Perform Work Without Which The Subject Of The Order Could Not Be Completed And Which The Contractor Had Not Previously Anticipated Will Not Affect The Amount Of Remuneration - It Will Not Constitute Grounds For Increasing The Price Specified In The Offer. The Ordering Party Provides For Partial Payments.
