The Detailed Scope Of The Investment Is Included In The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524), Together With Implementing Regulations, Standards, Instructions From Manufacturers Of The Equipment Used And Materials, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art. The Materials Provided And Used By The Contractor Should Meet The Quality Requirements For Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, Specified In Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524). The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Also Comply With All Legal Acts Applicable To The Subject Of The Order, With Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Standards And Guidelines.
