The Order Covers The Reconstruction Of District Road No. 1189R Class Z At Km 3+700.21 - 4+346.33 And District Road No. 1190R Class Z At Km 2+388.90 - 3+090.55 In The Town Of Wola Mielecka In The Scope Of Construction Of A Pedestrian Road, Bicycle Path, Pedestrian And Carriageway And Reconstruction Of The Road, Intersection, Bridge Access, Roadside And Drainage. Basic Parameters Of The Reconstructed Road Section: - Road Technical Class: Z - Collective - Cross-Section: Semi-Street, Street - Road Width: 6.0 M - Width Of Roadsides Made Of Crushed Aggregate: 1.0 M - Width Of Pedestrian Roads Made Of Concrete Paving Stones: 2.10 M (Near The Road) And 1.80 M (Outside The Ditch) - Width Of Concrete Roads For Pedestrians And Cyclists Asphalt: 3.50 M (Near The Road) And 3.00 M (Outside The Ditch) – Road Crown Width: 11.10÷12.40 M – Road Surface: Asphalt Concrete – Design Speed Vp = 50 Km/H It Is Required That Both The Leveling And Wearing Layers Made Of Asphalt Concrete Are Laid Seamlessly (With One Paver Width). The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Contained In Chapter Iii Of The Swz - Annex No. 2. The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee And Warranty For The Works Performed For A Period Of 36-60 Months;3. The Contractor Is Responsible For Properly Securing The Work Area And Is Responsible For Any Damage Caused To The Ordering Party And Third Parties. The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Area After Completing The Works;4. The Subject Of The Order Is Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order;5. The Implementation Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular The Act Of April 23, 1964, Civil Code, The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law, And The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law;6.
