The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation Of The Electrical Installation In Accordance With The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation In The Commercial Building Of The Medical Outpatient Clinic At Ul. Kosmonautów 10 In Konin. The Scope Of Works Includes: - Electrical Installation Of Internal Lighting; - Electrical Installation Of Emergency And Evacuation Lighting; - Electrical Installation Of Plug Sockets; - Electric Shock Protection Installation; - Grounding And Grounding Installation; - Power Supply Installation For The Stair Platform; - Telecommunications Installation. Note Due To The Specificity Of The Business Conducted In The Building (Medical Clinic, Which Will Be Open During Renovation), The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order Taking Into Account The Following Conditions.1. The Facility Will Be Open And Available To The Contractor For The Purpose Of Carrying Out Work On Working Days From 06:00 To 20:00, On Saturdays From 08:00 To 18:00.2. Works Causing The Greatest Noise, Such As Cutting Furrows And Drilling, Will Be Carried Out From 06:00 To 10:00 And From 14:00 To 20:00.3. Before Starting Work, Protect The Equipment, Medical Equipment, Furniture, Etc. In The Rooms Against Damage And Contamination.4. The Works May Be Carried Out Successively In Individual Rooms (Offices), After Prior Arrangement Of The Work Schedule With The Building Users.5. For Planned And Emergency Power Outages Lasting Longer Than 1 Hour, The Contractor Must Provide Backup Power Sources In The Form Of A Power Generator For All Electrical Devices Located In The Building, With Particular Emphasis On Powering The Refrigerator In Which, Among Others, Vaccines Requiring Storage At Specific Temperatures.6. All Work Should Be Performed In A Way That Is Least Burdensome For Staff And Patients And In A Way That Ensures The Continuity Of The Facilitys Operation.7. The User Of The Building/Dental Office Should Be Informed About Each Planned Power Outage At Least One Day In Advance So That Patients Can Be Canceled And Another Appointment Date Can Be Arranged With Them (Give Hours From... To...).8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep The Work Area In Good Order During The Execution Of The Works And To Clean It Up After Their Completion. In Particular, The Contractor Will Remove All Waste, Remains Of Construction Materials, Contamination And Restore The Area To A Condition No Worse Than Before The Commencement Of The Works. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Constituting Annexes No. 5 And No. 6 To The Swz.
