The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of This Order Includes: 1) Approval Of The Design And Implementation Of Temporary Traffic Organization Signs In The Field; 2) Preparatory, Measurement And Demolition Works; 3) Reconstruction Of The Storm Sewage Network;4) Regulation And Protection Of The Existing Infrastructure;5) Replacement Of The Hydrant;6) Construction Of The Substructure For The Road Surface, Sidewalks, Bus Platform And Driveway Thresholds;7) Construction Of The Road Surface, Sidewalks, Bus Platform And Driveway Thresholds;8) Relocation Of Small Architecture Elements;9) Construction Of Road Greenery - Planting Trees - Hawthorns (3 Pcs.) And Linden Trees (6 Pcs.);10) Topsoil And Sowing Grass;11) Tidying Up The Construction Site, And If The Adjacent Area Is Used, Also Tidying Up This Area;12) Approval Of The Design And Implementation Of Permanent Traffic Organization Signs In The Area;13) Preparation Of As-Built And Measurement Documentation, In Accordance With The Attached Arrangements And The Draft Contract, Along With Confirmation Of Putting The Facility Into Use By The District Construction Supervision Inspector In Kartuzy.3. The Deadline Required By The Ordering Party To Complete The Entire Subject Of The Order: 80 Calendar Days, Counting From The Date Of Handing Over The Construction Site.4. The Handover Of The Construction Site, Authorizing The Contractor To Carry Out Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Will Take Place No Earlier Than September 1, 2026 And No Later Than September 14, 20265. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Specifying The Exact Scope And Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, Is Included In The Swz. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary Element For Calculating The Offer Price. All Construction Works Should Be Calculated On The Basis Of The Approved Design Documentation And Attached To The Swz And The Provisions Resulting From The Swz.
