The Works Should Be Carried Out In The Following Locations: A) Chobienice - Provincial Road, Plot No. 634 - Construction Of 2 Lighting Poles Along With The Installation Of Lighting Fixtures And The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, B) Grójec Mały - Municipal Road, Plot No. 49/1 - Construction Of 2 Lighting Poles Along With The Construction Of Accompanying Infrastructure And A Power Cable Line, C) Grójec Wielki - Municipal Road, Plot No. 130 - Construction 1 New Lighting Pole With The Necessary Infrastructure And Disassembly Of The Existing Pole And Installation Of A New One In Its Place, D) Kiełpiny - Municipal Road, Plot No. 242 - Construction Of 2 Lighting Poles With Infrastructure And Power Supply Cabling, E) Kopanica, Ul. Wczasowa - District Road, Plots No. 402, 498, 499 - Construction Of 1 Lighting Pole With The Necessary Infrastructure And Replacement Of The Existing Sodium Luminaire With An Led Luminaire, F) Stara Tuchorza - Municipal Road, Plot No. 144/3 - Construction Of 2 Lighting Poles With Infrastructure And Cabling, Including Dismantling The Existing Poles, G) Wojciechowo - Road Municipal, Plot No. 160 - Construction Of 1 Lighting Pole With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, H) Żodyń, Ul. Słoneczna - Municipal Road, Plot No. 494 - Construction Of 1 Lighting Pole Along With Infrastructure And Cabling, I) Żodyń, Ul. Jesionowa - Municipal Road, Plot No. 353/3 - Construction Of 4 Lighting Poles Along With The Construction Of Complete Infrastructure And A Cable Line. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: Delivery And Installation Of Lighting Poles And Lighting Fixtures In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities And Design Documentation, Construction Of Power Supply Cable Lines, Restoration Of The Surface After Earthworks, Archaeological Supervision (Grójec Mały And Żodyń), Obtaining A Permit From The Conservator Of Monuments (Grójec Mały), Obtaining The Necessary Decisions Regarding The Occupation Of The Road, Performing The Necessary Measurements And Tests, And Preparing Complete As-Built Documentation, Including An As-Built Geodetic Inventory. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of Road Users And Third Parties, As Well As To Properly Mark And Secure The Work Area. All Work Must Be Carried Out In Compliance With Applicable Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Regulations Regarding Works Carried Out In The Road Area.
